Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking details.


Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for domestic orders with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 12 business days.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. RAIMORA is not responsible for these charges, and they are your responsibility as the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@raimora.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed for the full order amount, minus shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at hello@raimora.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
