Returns & Exchanges – General Items
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with tags still attached.

Items showing signs of wear (like makeup stains or sweat marks) unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or help you with an exchange.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty
This policy outlines the conditions for returns and technical support. By purchasing, you agree to these terms regarding usage requirements and warranty limitations.
1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial
Red Light Therapy and EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) require consistent use to see results.

The Guarantee: If you have used the Red Light Therapy Eye Patches consistently for at least 21 days and are not satisfied with the results, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of your delivery date.

How to Claim: Email hello@raimora.com with your order number and a photo of the device turned on (showing the red LED lights active). This helps us verify the device is functioning before processing the request.
2. 6-Month Technical Warranty (Faults Only)
Your purchase is protected against manufacturing defects for 180 days from the date of delivery.

Coverage: This covers internal technical faults only, such as battery failure, charging port issues, or LED malfunction.

Resolution: If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement unit free of charge.

Exclusions (No Wear & Tear): This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, fading logos, or silicone discoloration), accidental damage (drops/impacts), or water damage (the device is not submersible). Damage caused by using "fast-charger" plugs that exceed recommended voltage is also excluded.
3. Returns & Restocking Fees
To maintain hygiene standards and cover processing costs, the following rules apply:

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee: All returns for "Change of Mind" or "Trial" refunds are subject to a 20% restocking and sanitization fee. This fee is deducted from your final refund to cover the cost of inspecting and processing personal care electronics.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all charging accessories included.
Makeup Products & Hair Accessories
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on makeup items (including eyebrow pens, eyelash kits, false lashes, and related beauty tools) or hair accessories such as scrunchies.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to help make it right.
Jewellery Returns
For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery (such as studs, hoops, and body studs) cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do accept returns on unworn rings, necklaces, and bracelets provided they are:

In their original, unopened packaging

Showing no signs of use or wear
30-Day Jewellery Quality Guarantee
If your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Please note: This does not cover damage caused by regular wear, accidents, or misuse.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on the following items:

Worn or used items

Pierced jewellery (including earrings and body studs)

Hair scrunchies & accessories

Makeup products (including eyebrow pens and cosmetics of any kind)

Eyelash kits and lash accessories

Personal care or hygiene products

Underwear, tights, or beauty items

Sale items, gift cards, and personalised items

Returns sent without prior approval
Due to strict hygiene policies, all Raimora bra inserts, bras, nipple covers, body tape, accessories, and promotional items are also non-returnable, unless you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Any such issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Starting a Return

Email us at hello@raimora.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product.

Ship your item to the address provided.
Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we inspect your returned item.

Shipping fees (both for delivery and return) are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
We don’t offer free exchanges at this time.
To exchange an item:

Please contact us at hello@raimora.com to let us know which item or size you’d like as an exchange.

Return your original item to us (return shipping costs are your responsibility).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will place the new order for your desired item on your behalf.
Please note that all shipping fees related to the exchange are paid by the customer.
International Returns
If you're returning from outside the UK:

Return shipping, taxes, and duties are your responsibility.
